2 BIG

The Idea

Currently, only 2% of all cancer funding is spent on finding treatments for children. Leaving parents facing the devastating reality of their kids living with infertility, stunted growth, thyroid issues and other long-term ramifications.

For parents, finding the right fit for their child is non-negotiable. From school uniforms and shoe fittings to age-appropriate toys and clothes, everything is measured, fitted and constantly changed as they grow.

But when it comes to cancer treatment, the fit is anything but right.

Enter 2 BIG.

Children with cancer are being given treatments designed for adults — treatments that are simply too big for them.

We brought the idea to life through one powerful visual: children swallowed up by giant clothes, making the issue impossible to miss.

Adult cancer treatments are too big for children.

The message was then brought to life across London Bridge, putting the issue in front of thousands of people every day.
